Welcome to Les Brunies

Converted to a high standard, the Barn is light and airy with plenty of space both inside and on the terrace for 8 people.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a double with views down a country track to the distant woods, and a twin-bedded room; a gallery overlooks the open-plan living and dining area on the ground floor. Between the bedrooms there is a W.C. with handbasin, and a separate bathroom with bath and handbasin.

On the ground floor, the double bedroom again overlooks the woods, while the twin bedroom, with an independent front entrance, faces outwards from the front of the Barn. To the left of the entrance hall is a shower room, and a separate W.C. and handbasin. One of the downstairs bedrooms, as well as the shower and W.C., are wheelchair-accessible.

The living area comprises a spacious dining area, with a large marble-topped table, a fully-equipped kitchen, with microwave, gas/electric oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, and a lounge area with large wood burning stove. There is a television/video providing French television channels.

Outside, the southfacing terrace gives directly on to the swimming pool and furniture and a barbecue are provided for outdoor meals.

HEATING There is electric heating throughout, and a woodburning stove is installed for any chilly evenings early or late season.

BEDLINEN An initial supply of bedlinen and one towel per person is included in the rental price. Please bring your own pool towels. A washing machine and drier is located in the upstairs bathroom. A cot and high chair are also available, if reserved in advance.
